Molly!!!

Allow me to introduce you to Molly, a three-years-old goldendoodle from Pittsford. Molly is an actor dog that have played rolls like Sandy on the play Annie for Pittsford Musicals. Molly is owned by Carl Lyman, which I had the pleasure to meet when I was taking photos of kayak competitors on the Erie Canal. This was just an extra fun photo apart from assignment. According to her owner, this was Molly’s first time swimming.

Oscars Fight

Oscar Party - 02/27/2011- Marie De Jesús

During the 15th annual Academy Awards Party at George Eastman House I decided to take a look at the portraits Kodak was taking of people with an Oscar. Karin Bleeg and Erica Larsen, both of Rochester, starting acting out a fight over an Oscar statuette for a portrait, immediately recognized the opportunity, picked up the camera with the telephoto lens and recorded the moment.

Bret and Shannon

Shannon Hoefen, 31, and her husband Bret, 32, slide down an ice hill on the Ontario Lake cost line. Bret has been under treatment for Clear Cell Sarcoma a malignant cancer on his right leg. That particular cancer is not very treatable. Since he was notified that there was not much conventional medicine could do for him, Hoefen started a road trip along his wife, siblings and parents around the nation, also tattooed himself trying to enjoy life the fullest.
